For cuisine, we are jointly first with Lyon and Perigord - "Foies gras", wild mushrooms (cèpes), "confits", chickens, ducks, geese and wines and spirits of unsurpassed excellence - Bordeaux, Madiran, Jurançon, Armagnac.

This region has one of the lowest incidence of crime in France.
