We searched the French property magazines and the Internet, made many flying visits, only to find that the very reasonably priced "Dream Home" had unfortunately been sold the previous day, but fortunately the same Estate Agent had a property to offer that was nearly as attractive at nearly twice the price!
Olitchka and Jean-Pierre found our dream home in six weeks.

Dee and I set our hearts on a guesthouse, but after searching for almost a year we had become very disheartened. Friends who had bought a property through Jean-Pierre and Olitchka introduced us to them but we didn't need their fully comprehensive service as we had already found our property. We did need an interpreter as we felt our French was not fluent enough so Jean-Pierre and Olitchka agreed to come with us to the vendor. After we had seen the house they told us that in their opinion we should offer 9% less than the asking price. We were very apprehensive as we loved this house and didn't want to lose it. Thanks to Jean-Pierre and Olitchka the vendor called the next day and agreed to our price.
